Analyst, Salesforce Business & Technical Writer
San Francisco, California


We are looking for an exceptional Analyst, Salesforce Business & Technical Writer in our San Francisco office to support the growth of our firm and play a crucial role in optimizing and evangelizing our Salesforce ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work alongside individuals who are united by a strong sense of teamwork, service and excellence. Your Role


You will participate in a very broad set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:



  • Building expertise in our Salesforce system and how it serves the needs of our client advisors and business operations

  • Writing and producing communication documents 

  • Writing usage guides, workflow documentation, user stories and more

  • Testing features and releases with the development team

  • Developing and delivering training materials and education sessions

  • Collaborating with our stakeholders to provide insight and gather feedback

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement

  • Providing user support, troubleshooting issues and assisting as needed


About You



  • Some exposure to working with a CRM; extensive Salesforce CRM deployment is a core part of our platform

  • Optimistic, energetic and a good communicator

  • Quick to learn new things and known for pitching in wherever needed

  • Strong work ethic

  • Outstanding attention to detail and a proven track record of success that others can attest to


Qualifications



  • Degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Communications, English or Engineering

  • 1-3 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience

  • Strong writing and deck-creation skills

  • Web-savvy with a knack for operating SaaS platform software


Additional Desirable Qualities and Experience



  • Strong relationship building skills and a team player

  • Experience training others

  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, etc.

  • Familiarity with the financial, wealth management or RIA industry


Compensation & Benefits


Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks.  We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.


The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $85,000 - $100,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
