The successful Assistant Property Manager will work with the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property. Strong understanding of HUD and Tax Credit experience is essential. You'll provide customer service to residents and visitors, take the initiative and provide direction to staff. Work with the Front Desk and Maintenance site teams and coordinate resident engagement and events.

This property consists of 71 multifamily apartments located on the transit-rich Ocean Avenue Corridor in the OMI (Ocean View/Merced Heights/Ingleside) neighborhood of San Francisco, California. The property is in close proximity to a wide variety of services and amenities along Ocean Avenue including a public library, shopping centers, and City College of San Francisco. 1100 Ocean is comprised of 71 apartments:18 studio apartments,18 one-bedroom apartments, 21 two-bedroom apartments, 13 three-bedroom apartments, and 1 manager’s apartment. Forty-five units are available to families making below 50 percent of the area median income. Twenty-five units are reserved Transitional Aged Youth.
