We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management and a commitment to serving our residents with dignity and respect.
The successful Assistant Property Manager will work with the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property. Strong understanding of HUD and Tax Credit experience is essential. You'll provide customer service to residents and visitors, take the initiative and provide direction to staff. Work with the Front Desk and Maintenance site teams and coordinate resident engagement and events. Join our team and be part of the solution. We are moving residents into their new home, February 2025!
