The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience within the healthcare B2B space, with a strong focus on campaign and content development and lead generation. This is a strategic role that requires both creative thinking and data-driven execution.
Develop and implement demand generation strategies that reach our key segments of health plans and health services organizations. Drive marketing qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline.
Work closely with the sales team to further develop our B2B personas and create compelling content that engages each across multiple channels, including email, paid media, SEO, materials, webinars and events.
Develop campaign messaging, landing pages, ads, emails, and other assets required to execute programs.
Develop compelling sales enablement materials to further support outreach efforts.
Define our scoring approach and KPIs. Track, analyze, and report on performance of marketing efforts, including ROI, lead quality and growth, and pipeline impact. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.
Plan and manage paid media efforts, including SEM, social media advertising, and retargeting, to drive traffic and leads. Define budgets, segmentation and creative development. Ensure programs are driving ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO initiatives and website performance optimization. Work to develop and execute landing page testing to drive conversion optimization.
Work closely with sales to monitor lead performance. Continually improve the lead gen process, scoring and the handoff to the sales team, optimizing for lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Use and share industry trends, marketing best practices, new technologies, and demand generation innovations to continuously improve program performance.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B demand generation marketing and sales enablement support, preferably within the healthcare, healthtech and/or payer space.
Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, preferably SFMC and Hubspot.
Proven ability to create content and experiences that resonate, engage and drive connections.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.Β
