As the Catering Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with the catering team to create tailored packages and proposals to meet the needs of our clients. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our catering business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales leads in the South East region to generate new catering business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Create and present customized catering proposals and packages to clients.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the catering department.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering sales or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of hospitality and catering industry trends.
  • Experience in creating and presenting sales proposals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
