Consor is seeking a Construction Manager,  to join our Team to provide project leadership in support of a growing PMCM practice. The position will be located in San Francisco (Bay Area, CA). As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, Consor is full of opportunities for career development. Salary Range:  $140,000 to $200,000

 

 






What You'll Do:






  • Growing and enhancing our capabilities to support the administration of complex construction management projects
  • Providing and delivering project and construction management services
  • Providing a business development supporting role with Opportunity pursuit strategies, teaming strategies, development of statements of qualifications (SOQs) and cultivating client relationships for new pursuits.
  • Developing project proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets.

 






What You'll Need:






  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil, construction management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 + years of experience in transportation engineering and/or construction management.
  • Proven track record in client account management, relationship development, and supervision of field and office staff.
  • Experience in the full spectrum of consulting service including positioning, proposal development and delivery of project scope.
  • Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to solve complex construction conflicts.
  • Demonstrated Resident Engineer skills and the ability to lead, train and mentor junior staff.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and maintain successful client relations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budget, schedule, and construction quality assurance/control teams.
