Drive critical project tasks and processes to completion by leveraging independent judgment and strategic collaboration.

You will manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects by working closely with internal teams and general contractors. You will collaborate and engage stakeholders at all stages of a project’s lifecycle to ensure integrity of key processes, tasks, and project schedule are upheld.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Your top priority is to drive critical project tasks and processes resulting in process compliance and profitability.

  • Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle to ensure a project is on track and profitable.

  • Completing tasks to ensure regional leaders can predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.

  • Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices.

  • Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.

EXPERIENCE

  • Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business

  • 5-8 years’ experience in project management or a related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
