Sauron protects your family and home, bringing the innovations of autonomous robots and self-driving cars to residential security. Our team is led by veteran entrepreneurs and roboticists, alumni of Zipline, Tesla, Apple, and Google. Sauron has raised an $22M seed round led by A* and Atomic with participation from other leading venture capital firms and angel investors, including 8VC and Flock Safety CEO Garret Langley.
Sauron is creating a new paradigm in how homeowners interact with their properties and security systems. As an Electrical Engineer on our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the electrical design efforts for our security systems. You will drive the design, development, and iteration of hardware products from concept through hands-on prototyping and fabrication then onwards to manufacturing and installation, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and design appeal.
You will work alongside cross-functional teams including perception engineering, software engineering, product design engineering, sales, and security operations to deliver world-class products. As a design lead you will also direct the efforts of external partners including layout, fabrication, and installation.
