With a proven product-market fit and over 100 qualified customer calls weekly, they're rapidly scaling their operations and impact in the enterprise space.

What You Will Do

• Shape the future of AI-powered sales research by designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces
• Architect and build scalable backend systems that power sophisticated AI agent interactions
• Collaborate directly with users to gather feedback and drive rapid product iterations
• Develop high-performance, production-grade systems that deliver measurable value to customers
• Work alongside a small, high-caliber engineering team in building cutting-edge AI technology

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Demonstrated history of shipping successful products and features
• Strong architectural thinking with ability to design clean, scalable systems
• Excellence in frontend development with focus on user experience
• Experience with modern web technologies (Next.js, TypeScript, React, Node.js)
• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous founder experience or early-stage startup experience
• Track record of building and launching revenue-generating applications
• Active portfolio of technical side projects
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong product intuition

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $190,000
• Equity: 0.5-1%
