Summary of the Position:
Tishman Speyer is looking for a Coworking Hospitality Assistant to join the Studio team in San Francisco.
Our Studio team is central to the member experience. Beyond just a beautiful workspace, our top priority is to create a hospitable, welcoming, and fun environment that gets our members excited to come to work each day. As a Hospitality Assistant in San Francisco, you’ll help to provide an elevated experience for members by assisting with daily operations, building relationships, maintaining the space and upholding Studio standards. This Hospitality Assistant will report to the General Manager of the Studio space and is an integral part of the Studio team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
Ensure general cleanliness of the entire Studio space including keeping the space tidy
Clean and reset conference rooms to Studio standards after member use
Preform and record hourly inspections of the Studio floors following all Studio standards
Stock and rotate products to maintain appropriate inventory for all Studio supplies
Maintain pantry area – ensure proper condition/cleanliness of space, upkeep equipment according to sanitation standards, brew coffee, load/unload dishwasher, etc
Assist in member move-in (furniture removal, office set up) and move-out (reset offices)
Assist with special projects, tasks, or side duties assigned by GM, AM, or Ambassadors
Report maintenance issues through the building’s work order system and ensure resolution
Hospitality:
Provide proactive and warm service to help maintain member satisfaction, develop member relationships, and foster community connections
Build relationships with members to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in event execution including event set-up, break-down, arranging furniture, AV needs
Prepare for member tours by ensuring cleanliness and overall staging of the workspace
Relay any customer service issues, equipment defects or safety hazards to management
About you:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in hospitality, food service, barista/bartender, or space operations a plus
Due to the nature of the role this position requires onsite presence
Ability to read, speak and write the primary language used in the workplace
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks

The base compensation range for this role is $48,000 - $52,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer’s San Francisco team, as we’ve considered factors specific to this geography.
