Responsibilities
Analyze data and information to identify confirmed relationships
Call and email international government agencies within different time zones
Ability to effectively communicate and establish relationships with Law Enforcement agencies and personnel throughout the world
Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals
Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
Work quickly and efficiently to serve the needs of our users
Collaborate with the sales and engineering team to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms
Keep updated on industry and market trends
Contribute thoughts and ideas to the leadership and engineering team
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in a professional operations setting
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work across time zones
High proficiency in Google Suite and ClickUp applications
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Great interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
Strong business acumen
