Lead Product Designer

About Us:

We're a Stanford startup that's transforming the way product interfaces for collecting information are built. We're backed by amazing VCs like Index Ventures, the founder of Eventbrite, and the CTO of Atlassian. So far, we've raised $4 million in venture funding, and we're just getting started!

As our lead designer, you're taking on one of the most important roles in the company: shaping and defining the user experience for our highly visual product.

Forms are by definition a visual experience, and the interface required to build them must be equally beautiful. You'll work hand-in-hand with our CEO in creating a seamless Feathery experience for customers.

Beyond your design work, you'll gain leadership responsibilities early on as we close more customers and rapidly grow the team. You'll be involved in scaling the product, the team, and the entire company.

Your Role

• Establish and drive a design philosophy to underpin how our digital experience unleashes the full potential for any user. For example, you'll be working on optimizing the user experience for our Storybook-like visual editor.

• Own and build a scalable design system and component library that makes it easy for our developers to bring your designs to life.
  
  

• Drive the product research process end to end and turn user insights into wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity designs that our users will love.

• Iterate with users to reduce the usability and value risk of our products.
