Looking for a skilled and reliable driver Full Time, Monday - Friday

Hiring 1 Full Time (Monday - Friday) Medical Route Driver in San Francisco.  Hours are 3:30pm - 11:15pm.  

Am-Tran is an employee driven Courier Company based in San Mateo. We provide high quality, on-demand and routed service to our customers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Our company specializes in the safe and reliable transportation of medical specimens and supplies. Am-Tran also has a variety of non-medical customers throughout the greater Bay Area. We keep up with changing technology and best practices in order to provide the best service to our customers.

Couriers are responsible for picking up and delivering a variety of materials in a timely and efficient manner.. They must also provide good customer service and communicate effectively with dispatch.  This route is done a company van, clean MVR required.

Duties:

• Pickup and deliver medical specimens ensuring the integrity of all packages
• Chart out the shortest and most efficient way to reach pickup and delivery locations using conventional maps or GPS
• Update dispatch about the status of deliveries through mobile applications
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Maintain a clean company vehicle

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year experience in customer service
• A clean driving record
• Experience driving in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good organization skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
