Summary


As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the successful development and execution of marketing campaigns. You will be accountable for developing budgets, creating marketing plans and coordinating the execution of those plans to achieve key results for their portfolio. Working with internal teams and the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing programmatic marketing campaigns. While this role does not include any direct reports, leadership and close collaboration is expected with internal channel experts in order to implement marketing tactics, analyze performance, and identify actions needed to meet objectives.
As the Marketing Manager, you will gain a deep understanding of the partner’s brand, programs and competition. You should be able to bring an entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking and a synergistic mindset. In addition, a working knowledge of various marketing channels and tools used to creative effective campaigns such as marketing research, creative, PPL, digital media, SEO, email marketing, web site development and social media with a focus on ROI for lead generation is desired.


Responsibilities



  • Develop deep understanding of partner programs

  • Communicate strategy and direction for partner school to internal resources

  • Manage marketing campaign execution

  • Understand and communicate partner program brand and target students

  • Set and update campaign performance expectations for internal teams

  • Monitor KPIs to ensure planned performance expectations are met

  • Review creative and project status plans and escalate issues as necessary

  • With internal teams, develop and monitor testing plans


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field of study

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience

  • Successful account management showing retention, growth and profitability

  • Proven ability to interpret data from multiple sources and translate into successful campaigns

  • Strong presentation skills to internal and external clients at all levels

  • Media and integrated marketing savvy

  • Experience managing budgets and expenses

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Special Requirements Specific to Job:

  • Agency type experience preferred

  • Technical skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Experience with CRM.
