Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral degree preferred ( DNP or PhD) in nursing or a related subject, with a focus on geriatrics or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft platform (Word, Access, Excel, Publisher) and SPSS or other similar data management and analysis programs.

Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years or more experience working on health or education programs with academic and community organizations. Must have experience with budget management. Ability to manage assessment and evaluation tasks associated with the grant. Must have excellent networking and communication (oral and written) skills. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and healthcare partners. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices in their work. Must assume responsibility and work effectively with minimal supervision. Experience with program development and evaluation. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university or healthcare setting. Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
