We’re looking for Nurse Practitioners ready to step into patients' homes for in-home health assessments across San Francisco. Get out of the office, plan your own days, and make a real impact—without all the paperwork. If you’re driven (literally and figuratively), we want you on our team.

What You’ll Need:

• Active NP license in CA (Advanced Practice).
• Minimum 16 hours per week availability.
• 1+ years as a Nurse Practitioner with at least 6 months in internal or family medicine.
• Comfortable providing clinical care in patients' homes.
• Valid driver’s license and willing to drive within 25 miles of your home base.
• Nice-to-haves: Spanish fluency and multi-state licenses.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Head out for 6-9 in-home visits daily (just assessments—no treatments or prescriptions).
• Set your own schedule and get hands-on with patients who need you.
• Training, tech, and travel costs are covered—just focus on quality care.

Pay & Perks:

• $120 per completed visit – full-timers can earn $170,000 to $180,720 annually.
• Mileage reimbursement and company-provided laptop.
