Action is seeking a full-time Reconstruction Assistant to support our team at The Infinity located in San Francisco. 

The Reconstruction Assistant will provide administrative support to the Reconstruction Team for various Association construction projects. This role will involve working closely with the Reconstruction Manager and Operations Manager on all construction projects. The Reconstruction Assistant must be confident and professional in the interactions with all stakeholders, including the Association's Board of Directors, Construction Management firm, consultants, design professionals, and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Knowledge: Thoroughly understand project information, including building issues and proposed solutions.
    • Document Management: Assist in managing the extensive documentation associated with the SB800 legal claim and reconstruction projects.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate with residents regarding reconstruction projects.
    • Notice Preparation: Assist in preparing and issuing necessary notices to residents regarding all construction activities.

Position and Work Environment:

    • This position requires onsite presence at the assigned property.
    • The property emphasizes a collaborative atmosphere with open communication and mutual respect among team members.

Requirements:

    • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
    • Experience in residential environments is preferred.
    • Strong computer skills with a general working knowledge and familiarity with programs used in the industry.
    • Must present professionally and demonstrate strong communication while working within a strong team environment displaying high morale, integrity, and loyalty at all times.
    • Competence in conflict and crisis management.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well with deadlines while having to multitask priorities and attention to detail.

Education / Certifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • College degree preferred.
$25 - $25 an hour
Compensation: $25.00 Per Hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
