What You'll Do

• Design and develop sophisticated software solutions across the full technology stack, focusing on autonomous system development and simulation
• Create innovative tools and features that enable customers to accelerate their autonomy development workflows
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of domain experts in robotics, infrastructure, and graphics
• Drive technical architecture decisions and influence product direction
• Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to a dynamic engineering culture

Ideal Candidate Background

• 6+ years of experience shipping complex software systems
• Strong programming expertise in languages such as C++, Python, JavaScript, Java, or Golang
• Experience with modern development frameworks and tools (React, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Background in simulation tools, physical modeling, or robotics middleware
• Track record of technical leadership and mentoring
• History of significant contributions to system architecture and design
• Startup experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with autonomous systems or robotics
• Previous experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects from conception to deployment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $153,000 - $222,000
