What You'll Do

• Lead the development of AI-powered automation solutions that transform complex logistics workflows
• Build and architect intelligent systems that process documents, handle customer interactions, and streamline operations
• Design scalable solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with a high-impact team to deliver mission-critical features
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions
• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong technical implementation skills across frontend and backend development
• Track record of building and shipping innovative products
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and API integration
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members
• Background in high-growth technology companies

Preferred Experience

• Experience with logistics or enterprise software
• Startup experience or entrepreneurial background

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $200,000 - $270,000
• Equity: 0.1-0.15% (Series B valuation)
