What You Will Do

• Lead the development of critical frontend infrastructure and user experiences
• Design and implement sophisticated component libraries and design systems
• Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize user success metrics
• Architect and own core frontend systems that power the platform
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs and implement solutions
• Contribute to technical direction and engineering culture
• Work on challenging problems in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI infrastructure

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong professional experience with React and TypeScript in production environments
• Track record of building and maintaining complex web applications
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Background in implementing and optimizing frontend performance
• Professional experience with modern CSS practices
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous startup experience
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Track record of owning significant technical initiatives
• Background in building developer tools or platforms
• Remote work experience and strong async communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
