You will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and close top-tier technical talent. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, coupled with your understanding of the startup ecosystem and technical roles, will be instrumental in building our team of world-class engineers, cryptographers, and mathematicians.

We are headquartered at the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, and this role will be in-person, with the rest of the Nexus team.
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles, from sourcing to closing candidates
Serve as a Trusted Talent Partner to our leadership team and advise on the best talent acquisition strategies
Champion exceptional candidate experience and promote our employer brand
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talent
Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with interviewers, and gathering feedback
Negotiate offers and close candidates, serving as a brand ambassador for Nexus
Continuously refine and improve our recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in technical recruiting
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Successful track record of hiring top technical talent for fast-growing startups
Deep understanding of various technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills
Extensive sourcing experience employing variety of techniques, platforms, and toolsΒ
Strong network within the tech industry and experience recruiting for highly competitive markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build relationships
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a can-do attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to recruiting
Familiarity with cryptography, blockchain, or related fields
Bachelor or advanced degree in a technical field or related discipline
Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
Experience in organizing or participating in tech recruiting events or hackathons
Experience with data-driven recruiting and analytics tools such as Ashby
