Position Summary
We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team and revolutionize our product experience. As a key innovator, you'll spearhead the design process, shaping our product's future with your creative insights. You'll tap into direct customer feedback, transforming user needs into intuitive designs that delight and inspire. Your role will involve pushing boundaries, crafting cutting-edge prototypes, and diving deep into user analytics to continuously refine and elevate our product. Join us in creating digital experiences that not only meet user needs but truly delight. 

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Lead the design process for new and existing products, from inception to launch. Drive end-to-end workflows and create impactful solutions that address customer problems. 
    • Craft user-centered designs by understanding business objectives, user feedback, and conducting usability studies. 
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to effectively communicate design concepts. 
    • Collaborate closely with UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to iterate on and develop new features and products within the GoodLeap product portfolio. 
    • Be a creative problem-solver, exploring innovative solutions to address user needs. 
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and technologies. 

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

    • Expert understanding of information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows, common design patterns, and trends. 
    • Considers the holistic user experience, including potential states and use cases like errors, successes, and dead-ends. 
    • Balances existing visual and UX patterns with platform-specific patterns for a consistent, intuitive experience. 
    • Expert understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. 
    • Works effectively within design systems, adding, modifying, or creating them from scratch. 
    • Self-starter with strong organizational skills. 
    • Portfolio demonstrates experience in the design process framework. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey design rationale, tell compelling stories, and coach teammates. 
    • Familiar with conducting and synthesizing qualitative user research and various data collection techniques. Experience with Pendo and Condens is a plus. 
    • Proficient in design tools like Figma or similar. 
    • Passion for innovation and creative solutions while adhering to brand standards and business requirements. 
    • Establishes key metrics and monitors designs post-launch to evaluate feature success. 
$130,000 - $165,000 a year
This role may also be eligible for a bonus.
