QuestMark has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Service Sales Representative to maintain and establish service sales in San Francisco, CA! This role offers a base salary of $55k - $65k, plus commissions!

The successful candidate will have sales and account / territory development experience, preferably in the flooring industry.  We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted construction company. Moreover, we are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills who can confidently maintain our current customer relationships.

Job Summary: 

  • Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, follow-up on warm leads
  • Maintaining relationships with current customers to meet ongoing service needs
  • Marketing efforts through site visits, material drops
  • Performing site inspections for commercial/industrial clients
  • Generating proposals for presentation to clients
  • Selling commercial flooring projects (i.e.: polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, etc)

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience in flooring estimation or flooring experience is preferred
  • Experience in growing market share
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment
  • Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
  • Strong communication/writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
  • Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
