I'm assisting a profitable, early-stage Enterprise AI Customer Support startup with their search for a software engineer to join their 10-person team. The role will be onsite in their office located in the Rincon Hill area of San Francisco.
What you'll do:
- Drive development of the core product, working across the stack
- Interface regularly with customers of all sizes and drive initial implementation with the founders
What you'll bring:
- Strong product sense, high ownership, and ability to operate autonomously
- Demonstrated experience in growing, building, and scaling the codebase of high-growth startups
- Excited to join an early-stage company and work in person
- 4+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering building products in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to haves:
- Previous experience as a founder or founding engineer highly preferred
- Experience building AI products
