Imprint is building a next-generation co-branded credit card company to serve America’s great brands. Some of our partners include H-E-B, Turkis Airways, Brooks Brothers, and Eddie Bauer. Imprint is backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Affirm. We are focused on building a brilliant team who want to change payments and who embody Imprint’s Operating Principles.
This role will be a hybrid work format, with time split between working remotely and working onsite from either our New York, San Francisco, or Seattle offices, 2-3 days a week as required by your manager.
In this role, you will be the technical point of contact for several key brand partners, guiding them through the design, development, testing, and launch of a new card program and expansion opportunities over time. You will work cross-functionally to gather requirements and implement solutions regarding Imprint’s platform functionality, bespoke integrations (e.g. API, SFTP, etc.), data sharing flows, and more to build top-tier card programs. Every day, you will work with partners and Imprint teams to solve pivotal and complex problems that make a true impact on program success. It will also be critical to build strong relationships with these stakeholders along the way. The ideal candidate is thorough, consultative, and inspiring confidence in the Imprint team and product in every external interaction.
Beyond outstanding project execution and relationship management, you will add value internally through 'multiplier' behaviors, such as designing, implementing, and refining scalable practices. Throughout your time at Imprint, you will not only continue to improve your own performance but also contribute efficiencies within your team and others throughout Imprint. The ideal candidate leads by example and is consulted by peers for their sound judgment, advice, and operational excellence.
2-4 years of consultative professional experience (e.g. consulting, professional services, or account management).
Ability to lead large groups of people to meet critical goals, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Ability to lead discovery and process mapping sessions and create internal & external project documentation (e.g. integration design, process workflows, standard operating procedures).
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems (e.g. APIs, databases, SDKs, web technologies, etc.), and desire to improve technical acumen.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical, high-level stakeholders.
