The Role

As PayZen’s first in-house Technical Recruiter, you will source, recruit, and close talented professionals to join our Engineering and Product teams. You’ll be responsible for creating a robust pipeline of candidates for our San Francisco headquarters, as well as other US locations as needed. These teams are instrumental to PayZen’s product led growth,  and you'll be a key driver of growing our talent.


Responsibilities

    • Full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing). 
    • Strategize and develop unique ways to engage top talent: utilizing tools and platforms, and creative engagement strategies to source top talent and actively source passive candidates.
    • Track and document requisition advancement and candidate communications in ATS (Lever). 
    • Deliver a high touch, high-quality and transparent candidate experience. 
    • Develop standardized interview practices with client groups to drive effective and equitable hiring.
    • Identify areas of improvement in our hiring processes as we continue to scale.

Requirements

    • 2+ years of successful full cycle tech recruiting experience.
    • Consistently able to generate a targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline.
    • In-house recruiting experience required 
    • Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Local to the Bay Area - HQ in San Francisco, CA

$140,000 - $170,000 a year

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $140,000 - $170,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Full-time employees are also eligible for a competitive equity package, and benefits.
