Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Identify and source top-tier technical candidates for various roles, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT specialists. You’ll use a mix of traditional and creative sourcing strategies, such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:- Conduct thorough screening and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical abilities, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's goals. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each position and ensure that only the best candidates move forward.
Full-Cycle Recruiting:- Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to offer negotiation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless candidate experience, from the first point of contact through onboarding. This includes scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process.
Employer Branding and Networking:- Help build and promote the company’s employer brand by showcasing its culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates. You’ll actively participate in industry events, tech meetups, and online communities to network with top talent and increase visibility.
Pipeline Management:- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. You’ll keep detailed records of candidate interactions and follow up regularly to ensure long-term engagement, ensuring that you always have access to a network of potential hires.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals. You’ll provide guidance on market trends, salary expectations, and candidate availability to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
Data-Driven Recruiting:- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process. You’ll use data to identify bottlenecks, improve time-to-hire, and ensure that recruiting strategies align with company goals.
RequirementsRequired Skills:
- Technical Recruiting Expertise: Deep understanding of the technical landscape, including software development, data science, DevOps, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure. You’re comfortable discussing technical requirements with candidates and hiring managers.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Experience: Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding. You’re skilled in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for technical roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Expertise in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean searches. You know how to leverage social media, tech forums, and job boards to find top talent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike. You’re skilled at presenting opportunities in a way that excites and engages candidates.
- Negotiation and Closing: Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates, ensuring that compensation packages are competitive and aligned with market standards.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple open positions and candidates at once while maintaining clear communication and attention to detail.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in technical recruiting is also valued.

Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on hiring for roles such as software development, data science, engineering, and IT. You’ve successfully placed candidates in various technical roles and understand the nuances of tech hiring.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards to source, track, and manage candidates.
- Experience recruiting in high-growth industries such as tech startups, SaaS companies, or similar environments is highly desirable.
