We’re seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physicians licensed in California, credentialed with major Medi-Cal Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), to join our growing telemedicine team.
Job Summary:
This role is ideal for experienced Telemedicine Nurse Practitioners and Physicians who are passionate about serving Medi-Cal patients. As a key member of our team, you’ll provide remote care to patients covered by Medi-Cal MCOs, including Molina Healthcare, San Francisco Health Plan, Santa Clara Family Health Plan, L.A. Care Health Plan, CalOptima, Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), and Health Plan of San Joaquin. The role involves conducting virtual patient assessments, diagnosing and treating conditions, and offering guidance on preventive care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations to assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions, focusing on both acute and chronic care.
- Provide high-quality care in accordance with Medi-Cal MCO guidelines and protocols.
- Develop personalized care plans, prescribe medications, and monitor treatment efficacy.
- Educate patients on preventive health practices and lifestyle adjustments.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans in our secure telemedicine platform.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all Medi-Cal regulations and MCO protocols.

For Nurse Practitioner:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) preferred.
- Credentialed with California Medi-Cal MCOs (Molina Healthcare, San Francisco Health Plan, Santa Clara Family Health Plan, L.A. Care Health Plan, CalOptima, Inland Empire Health Plan, Health Plan of San Joaquin).

For Physician:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active California medical license.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty.
- Credentialed with California Medi-Cal MCOs as listed above.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, ideally with Medi-Cal patients and virtual care.
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and electronic health records.
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills.
