JOB SUMMARY |
The Project Coordinator II is responsible to execute processes and contribute towards improving them. This may include assuming the role of Process Expert. As part of the Process Team, individuals in this role work in a flexible capacity in response to the Client group and their individual skills. The Project Coordinator II will serve our Client group by prioritizing and completing tasks which involve organizing and processing information or transactions with high level of detail and/or high volume. Utilizing a solid understanding of applicable rules and guidelines with a high degree of accuracy, the Project Coordinator II identifies errors and opportunities for greater efficiency. This role requires clear, deliberate and patient communication, which may also include training others.
