Who you are

The ideal candidate will have a mix of commercial and public works project management experience. The Project Manager in our organization plays a pivotal role while being strategic. In this pivotal role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll oversee the project team, evaluate work progress, and collaborate closely with clients, design professionals, and subcontractors to bring the project to life. But it’s not just about delivering exceptional results—it’s about building lasting relationships with clients and team members alike. What you’ll do

  • Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients, design professionals, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and address project needs.
  • Foster and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.


What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage diverse personalities and foster collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities to ensure project success.
  • Proficiency in industry tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining construction schedules.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive project teams toward shared goals.
  • Solid experience managing project budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Ability to pass background check and LiveScan for project specific requirements.
