About the Role:

Decagon is looking to hire our first Demand Generation Marketing Manager to build and execute scalable marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to develop and implement multi-channel campaigns that engage target audiences and generate high-quality leads.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in a high-growth SaaS or AI company.

• Have a proven track record of developing and executing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (paid media, email, SEO, content, etc.).

• Are highly data-driven, with experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing marketing performance metrics.

• Understand how to align marketing strategies with Sales and Revenue goals to drive pipeline and conversions.

• Are skilled in leveraging marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to optimize demand generation efforts.

Even better if you:

• Have experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value customers.

• Are adept at A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign experimentation.

• Have a strong understanding of SEO, paid search, and organic growth strategies.

• Have worked in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
