A stealth aerospace startup is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and develop electronics for groundbreaking aircraft systems. This role involves leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to operation, in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop electronics for aerospace systems, including sensor signal conditioning, motor controllers, switching power converters, and digital processors.
  • Oversee full lifecycle electronics development for high-reliability aircraft applications.
  • Design and optimize circuit board layouts to meet stringent aerospace requirements.
  • Automate hardware development tasks, leveraging test scripts and data analysis tools.
  • Collaborate in a flat, high-energy team structure, solving technical challenges and driving innovation.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in designing, building, or testing electronics systems, including circuit boards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a top engineering program.
  • Proven ability to develop new hardware/systems in resource-constrained environments.
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Sensor signal conditioning circuits, motor inverters/controllers, or actuation systems.
    • Switching power converters, magnetics, or analog control loops.
    • Digital processors, memory chips, or network switches.
    • Circuit board layout and hardware development automation (e.g., scripting for testing/analysis).
