Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Manage client's accounts while fostering long-lasting relationships and promoting repeat business and brand loyalty 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ask qualitative questions to determine the client’s wants and needs and create customized sales solutions 
  • Execute targeted sales strategies to promote client products and services, driving measurable results. 
  • Address client's concerns and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs and  ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain records of all client interactions and sale transactions to accurately track sales performance and overall success 

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership-related position 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment 
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed 
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
