Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports/dashboard
Monthly headcount reconciliation reviews
Communicate dashboard and links to client groups
Prepare ad-hoc reporting,
Provide support with logistics, agenda content design, follow-ups, etc. for leadership team meetings, Town Halls, etc.
Operationalize Talent Planning Functional Forums (quarterly)
L&D Project Support (i.e. Stand Out, L4P Programs)
Performance Management
Responsible for planning programs including timelines, comm plans, project management to ensure on time delivery.
Responsible for creation and management of annual calendar of events/projects
Link to COEs and HR for HR to align projects and deliverables
Affiliate specific projects (i.e. ATS Launch, Benefits Roll out, Wealth launch among others)
High school diploma or GED
Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program
Expected Graduation date Spring 2026
Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization (citizen or permanent resident)
Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge
Salary: $30/Hour for undergraduate and associate
Relocation: Travel and housing assistance will be provided if you need to relocate for the summer
