Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Ylatop.inen, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, designs, and layouts that reflect our brand and effectively communicate our message. You will work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to develop captivating assets for our online and offline campaigns, including social media posts, website graphics, digital ads, packaging designs, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics and layouts for various channels and platforms, while maintaining brand consistency
- Create digital and print assets for our online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, packaging designs, and more
- Collaborate with our Marketing and Product teams to understand project objectives and deliverables, and ensure design solutions meet their requirements
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design execution and delivery
- Prepare final designs for printing or publishing, ensuring high-quality and accurate representation of the brand and products
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with digital design and understanding of web and social media design best practices
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take direction and constructive feedback
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Passion for design and willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and techniques
