Summary:

Are you an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with a track record of scaling high-average-order value products? Do you have a deep understanding of Google Search and expertise in paid search, e-commerce, and funnel optimization? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and help us drive growth for a category-defining product. The ideal Growth Marketing Manager has experience selling highly branded and high consideration products, and managing the process towards consumer conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obsess over funnel metrics, ensuring we’re always trending to improve on key funnel areas from traffic, to sales qualified leads and pipeline
  • You’re the closest to all the data, manage detailed channel scorecards, and help drive achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs
  • You’ll help manage and oversee paid advertising channels such as paid search, paid social, and affiliate spend; test additional online and offline channels (e.g. podcasts, video, TV, radio, print, OOH, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Customer Care Team on awareness initiatives and budget allocation and to capture organic growth via word-of-mouth, referrals, and viral marketing
  • Partner with Digital Product team on onsite conversion testing programs, data analysis of active tests, and helping increase velocity of testing and learning
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • Proven experience with high consideration products and high-ticket funnels. Experience with products ranging in price from $3k-$50k is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to help scale revenue from 7-figures onward at a scaling DTC or eCommerce startup
  • Experience building and scaling onsite conversion programs
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and a bias towards experimentation and action.
