What Your Day Will Look Like:






This role is the principal construction responsible for the growth and profitability of Consor’s PMCM group. Responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and monitoring effective construction management services including new business prospects, technical delivery, staff development, fostering both the Consor quality and safety programs, production methods and standards all within established company goals and objectives. Responsible for the development of PMCM strategies, goals and services with company, regional, area and local managers. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of profitable ongoing construction services operations, as well as the growth and establishment of new construction services operations, which include recruiting key leaders as well as developing strategic teaming partners and acquisition considerations.

 

Salary Range:  $180,000 to $260,000 a year






What You'll Do:






  • Leverage your deep construction management knowledge and business savvy through the strategic direction and visioning for the CMPM program.
  • Lead Consors initiative to grow CMPM healthcare services 
  • Develop new projects, markets, project planning, financial performance, workload and staffing, and other related matters for PMCM.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Lead, Marketing Lead, and local area leadership on client development, identifying projects, pursuits, proposals and presentations.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, development, and direction of area CMPM staff.
  • Monitor Southern California CMPM direction, profitability, growth, technical expertise, risk management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee establishment and maintenance of quality control processes and technical procedures for the Sacramento CMPM team.
  • Assist with relationships and mutual alignments with various client bases and other partnering organizations to include, but not limited to local, state and federal governments and affiliated agencies.
  • Serve as a company role model in business and community.

What You'll Need:






  • Bachelor’s degree in a professional area of study relevant to the Construction Management practice (engineering or construction related)
  • 15+ years progressive leadership experience in large, complex organizations with 5+ years of demonstrated success at the executive level. Preference given to a consulting background with Construction Engineering & Inspection experience in the transportation or water fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in development and management of diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and program management
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis and interpretation of business financial data

  • Professional Engineer license (PE) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) registration is preferred but not mandatory
