HealthRIGHT 360 is a rapidly growing non-profit agency located across 13 different counties in California. HealthRIGHT 360 provides an array of medical and behavioral health services to some of the most vulnerable populations, ranging from primary care, mental health services, detox, substance use disorder treatment in both residential and outpatient settings, and transitional services for the criminal justice population.

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a highly driven Recruiter to lead the recruiting efforts for our organization. The Recruiter at HealthRIGHT 360 is someone who can work independently while also collaborating with a variety of Hiring Managers to best fill positions. The Recruiter will come in ready to improve processes and lead the recruitment efforts from start to finish with each candidate they find. This person needs to be driven, hard-working, and ready to take on recruitment with excitement and energy.

Due to State mandate, all employees of HR360 must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

This is a hybrid position, with an equal split of remote and office work weekly. We are open to candidates who can work in San Francisco or Los Angeles.

         

Key Responsibilities

    

Responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle recruiting for targeted positions designated by the Director of Talent Acquisition team.
  • Identify and source candidates using a variety of strategies including local colleges and universities, referrals, careers fairs, job boards, internal database, etc.
  • Own and manage recruitment services such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter.
  • Participate in community events and job fairs.
  • Work with program management and HR leadership to brainstorm creative ways to bring in new talent.
  • Assist with intern recruitment.
  • Utilize a variety of strategies to recruit both passive and active candidates.
  • Complete thorough screening process, including detailed phone screen, in-person interview, reference checks, and issue technical evaluation.
  • Coordinate meetings and interviews with candidates.
  • Facilitate the pre-hire, onboarding, and post-onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience to ensure Candidates are advocates of HealthRIGHT 360 regardless of whether they receive a Job Offer.
  • Manage candidates through the hiring process.
  • Provide status updates to internal team on position and candidate progress.
  • Collaborate with Management teams to understand hiring needs and goals and keep key stakeholders updated on recruiting metrics.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity expectations.
  • Suggest and implement on-going improvements to recruitment processes.
  • Actively participate in internal recruitment initiatives.
  • Actively participate in any departmental projects and initiatives, as directed by Department Leadership.
  • Manage the onboarding and approval of temp hires, and be the main contact for external staffing firms.

         

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Recruitment or strong knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced recruiting techniques including using social media to find candidates.
  • In-house recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, solution-oriented thinking.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.
