Job Responsibilities:
Client Development & Maintenance:
Develop new overseas clients and maintain existing client relationships to achieve sales targets set by the company.
Utilize online platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook to identify and follow up with target customers.
Engage in in-depth communication with customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Order Management & Follow-Up:
Coordinate orders and develop reasonable procurement plans based on customer needs.
Prepare quotes, participate in negotiations, and sign contracts upon order confirmation.
Follow up on production progress to ensure timely delivery, manage payment collection, and provide after-sales service.
Product Promotion & Market Analysis:
Familiarize yourself with the company's products and understand market dynamics to promote products effectively to clients.
Track changes and trends in the international market to provide valuable market analysis reports and recommendations.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain close communication with various departments to ensure smooth progression of orders from receipt to delivery.
Continuously communicate with clients to resolve any issues that arise during order execution and maintain customer relationships.
Exhibitions & Business Trips:
Participate in international trade shows and conduct regular business trips to visit clients for further business expansion.
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing within the flooring industry.
Existing client resources are preferred.
Willingness to travel.
