Job overview:

The Director of Information Technology, reporting to the CFO, is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions across all organizations. The Director leads the Information Technology team to develop, implement, maintain, and manage the use of technology throughout Mrs. Grissom’s Salads, including onsite and remote employees. The Director will look forward to plan and develop hardware and software solutions for our growing business operations. Position requires a balance of keen leadership skills along with hands on networking and software development expertise.

Key responsibilities:

●  Maintain and improve company wide network and data infrastructure.

●  Oversee and maintain our corporate ERP systems (Microsoft NAV) and ancillary hardware and software applications. Will be responsible for any company- wide upgrade efforts.

●  Participate in short and long range planning and the execution of strategic initiatives to reach the organization’s business objectives.

●  Manage, develop a strategy, and maintain best in class IT infrastructure.

●  Oversee technology projects in alignment with organization goals.

●  Oversee company wide network security. Protect the company and its guests from any external cyber threats.

●  Oversee corporate help desk activities and resolves escalated issues as necessary. Possess a service culture to ensure remote employees have the tools and support necessary to maximize sales.

●  Strong and demonstrated project management skills.

●  Anticipate future network needs; identify proactive solutions to satisfy needs.

●  Oversee companywide system back-up processes.

●  Oversees all IT-related purchasing and budget usage.

●  Daily management of IT staff.

●  Stay abreast of market and IT sector conditions; advise senior management team of potential opportunities and threats. Serve as an advocate to support a process of risk management for the company, so that growth and investing occur in a disciplined/responsible manner.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

●  7-10 years of related IT and/or Software Development experience.

●  BS Degree in related IT or Business field preferred.

●  Experience with Mid-sized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) suites with the ability to modify processes as needed

●  Ability to run complex data queries and present result results in an understandable manner

●  Programming in a Windows Environment, particularly ASP.Net and Windows Forms, including C#, VB.Net, and VBA.

●  An understanding of relational database structure, SQL, and Stored Procedures.

●  Proven record of project completion and satisfied customers

●  The ability to lead along with a desire to serve
