San Francisco AV-rated plaintiffs’ complex-litigation law firm with dynamic practice in securities and antitrust litigation seeks paralegal with 8+ years litigation experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Salary commensurate with experience. This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in office.
The successful candidate with have the following
Experience with all stages of litigation, including use of current e-discovery database tools; experience working at trial or arbitration proceedings a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate complex motion practice filings from confirming court rules and requirements, to coordinating tasks among counsel and co-counsel, to cite and fact checking, to filing and service of final product.
Experience with current federal and state e-filing practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Proficiency with cite-checking, Bluebook rules, and California Style Manual preferred.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Ability to communication (both oral and written) in an appropriate and professional manner.
Excellent organizational skills.
Accountability over work product and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple tasks.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under deadlines and the pressure of complex litigation environment.

BS/BA from an accredited college or university highlypreferred. Paralegal certificate preferred.
