JOB SUMMARY: 

Overall Summary of Function 

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Specialist. A Warehouse Specialist’s responsibilities include counting, reporting and quality checks. You will also identify any discrepancies, damages and missing reports as needed so it can be prevented from happening again. Ultimately, you will be responsible for tracking all inventory to ensure our company maintains proper inventory levels for products, equipment and supplies as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

At Minimum Duties & Responsibilities 

● Administers inventory and quality measures in a safe, structured manner.

● Cleans, wipes, and dust off all staged inventory 

● Pulls, loads, secures and unloads Inventory 

● Assists with transfers between warehouse locations

● Operates Company approved tools and equipment 

● Attends Department Daily and Weekly meetings 

● Finishes duties and tasks promptly 

● Notifies Department Lead or Supervisor any Safety hazard or concern 

● Performs touch-ups repairs for Inventory restoration 

● Reports any pulled, loaded or unloaded damaged Inventory 

● Assists other groups or Department as needed 

● Follows well-defined and established procedures and best practices 

● Shows up for work when scheduled, on time, ready and able to work 

● Assist on special projects assigned 

● Able to switch jobs whenever needed to help out in the absence of other team members 

● Inspects  product before packing it and placing it in the pick-up area 

● Performs other duties as required.

● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear. 
● The employee is required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms,  stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl. 

● The employee will need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 

● Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. 

● The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to heavy. 

● The temperature will vary from hot to cold depending on the weather. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

At Minimum Training, Education & Experience 

● Must have a minimum of one year of experience in the warehouse operations at Blueprint Studios, or a minimum of 18 months of experience in event operations within the industry.

 Proficient in Microsoft applications and Google Drive, with the ability to navigate and manage the company's inventory management software effectively.
● Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

● Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more 

● GED or High School Diploma 

● Must be organized, detail-oriented and team driven 

● Must be flexible and adaptable to constant change 

● Work multiple shifts 

● Must be a team player 

● Performs other duties as assigned
